“Let me express my exaltation of your books. There is so much truth – touching and fascinating. Thank you! Now, when I’m 77, I understood truths that you were able to realize. I hope you would continue defending your visions in art still when I’m gone.”
Berlin 24th October 2008
“Dear Mss Filipova,
I’ve read your book ‘Anatomy of illusions’. This book is a pearl that is worthy of each personal library. I’m not a competent critic that could professionally analyze the text or a pundit that could judge the correctness of the data. This novel woke in me feelings for which I should sincerely thank you.
The described times of the 90s reflected in my soul so deeply because it was the time that left a crucial mark in me. The youth, in which moral and expectation of a kid were smashed down – an unmoral, unreal, twisted atmosphere that made us feel drunk. In spite of this brutal atmosphere, a big and beautiful love was born for me because a young man can always love. There are beautiful feelings even during an ugly war and that ugliness make them even stronger. This is what I’ve found in your book.
Mss, I owe you.
Germany, 2007
A lovely book, it changed my vision for life and many other things. I’ve read the other two and I think that the authoress is doing just fine. It is a real pleasure to read a Bulgarian artist’s book and to find so real and familiar moments. Bravo, keep it that way!
I’m deeply impressed of both your novels. I could no more find another Bulgarian book that could excite my interest after I read ‘Scarlet gold’ in summer of 2007. I’d want to ask you of you are writing another novel? Thank you for the unforgettable feelings and thoughts that your first books provoked in me. I hope you keep on writing.
READ THE ‘SCARLET GOLD’ BOOK OF LUDMILA FILIPOVA. THE TRUTH JUST ‘SHOUTS’ FROM EVERY SINGLE LINE, EVEN IT IS A FICTION. THE BIG ONES AND THE BIG MONEY ALONG WITH JEW ARE IN THE BASE OF EVERYTHING AND PEOPLE KNOW IT. SUCH A PITY FOR OUR GIRLS!
I love reading. Sometimes I reread but for doing that I must consider that I could find something new to experience. ‘Anatomy of illusions’ is a novel that I find something new to experience in, no matter how many times I reread it. Ludmila Filipova is amazing!
‘Anatomy of illusions’ is just amazing! I heard about the book from a Bulgarian magazine and I decided to buy it. When I started reading it I thought it was going to be just another book that I had read without impressing me very much but… I have no words, the book is just unique. It is possible that is just m, I don’t know but… I just lived it! Thanks to the authoress! I wish her many future successes!
