Ludmila Filipova presented three novels on Berlinale Print E-mail
Ludmila Filipova presented three of her novels on one of the most prestigious world film festivals – Berlinale 2009, which is held in February of each year in Berlin . The authoress’ books were selected from over the world on the Frankfurt book fair which is a special partner of the film festival. Not only her novel Scarlet Gold took part, after which an international movie production is already being made. 95 novels were presented in the festival. The only ones from Bulgaria were Ludmila Filipova’s three novels (The Parchment Maze, Glass Butterflies, Anatomy of Ilussions).

Ludmila Filipova is the author of the novels Anatomy of Illusions (2006), Scarlet Gold (2007), Glass Butterflies (2008), The Parchment Maze (2009) and Dante’s Antichthon (2010), The Anomaly (2011), which have become nationwide bestsellers and have been translated into several languages. Three of her novels are currently being developed into feature films.
